I have an addiction to cappuccino and I'm always impressed with the patterns on the milk froth especially in one of my favourite local cafés - Java in Lytham St Annes
Java cappuccino- no stencil used! |
It's good to see cafés making an effort, even if they do use a stencil...........
Costa coffee beans and M&S Fairtrade |
I thought I might have a go at home and came across a couple of videos....How to 'draw' a leaf and a bear...........
and finally a face!! - perhaps just a little ambitious for me!!..............
so I'll just keep practising with my new coffee stencils .................
....but you may have to wait a while to see a work of art.....
I don't know how they do it without the stencils!! Real talent!
ReplyDeleteI too am so addicted and impressed with capuccino art! These are great photos. Happy stenciling! :) I'm sure your work of art is in the not-too-distant future!
ReplyDeleteWell, what can I say? You and I have a lot in commun, Miss b. My favorite drink of choice is the cappuccino too. Now, I have to look into this further, but I am pretty sure Seattle baristas (who, they claim, are among the best in the world, of course,) do not use stencils. Will report back shortly. ReplyDeleteI'm sad that I dont like coffee, but I am always impressed by the art that is on the top. I once saw Leonardo Devinci's face, no kidding.
ReplyDeleteSuper sympa la vidéo..... je vais essayer....
ReplyDeleteJe ne suis pas sûre du résultat... On verra bien!!!
Bonne semaine
