We enjoyed a few days in Dubai on our way to Vietnam and on the way back to England too.(I've almost finished sorting through the photos ready for my next post!) I was pleased to see that the Vogue Café was finally open in Level Shoe District Dubai Mall.
Well, it was certainly worth the wait! As you might expect, it was a very chic and elegant place with huge black and white photographs from Vogue archives .......
..... a stylish menu.......
... with fashionable images and quotes ....
There's a mix of cuisines including many international classics .... sushi, Thai-style salads, Maine lobster rolls, pasta dishes and even fish and chips! My 'Vogue Club Sandwich' was as delicious as it looked ....
Chocolates and biscuits arrived with our cappuccino and tea .... a nice touch ......
The floral displays were absolutely stunning!
Of course Vogue front covers were part of the décor...a beautiful chandelier-style display...
I'm sure we shall go back ....... to try the mocktails which looked very glamorous and of course the many tempting sweet treats .......
Thank you for taking us along on this visit to Vogue Cafe ... what a wonderful experience it must have been to be there in person. Looking forward to your photos. And mon ami, that sandwich looked divine... Happy Thursday , C. (HHL)
ReplyDeleteWonderful spot and I like the decor! .. very elegant and chic indeed and the menu sounds superb (your food pics always get me hungry:)
ReplyDeleteI think I've told you before that your posts make me want to visit Dubai. This cafe looks like the place to be! Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteFabulous! This is the kind of girly spot I swoon over. It's the details that make all the difference really. You are so lucky traveling to Dubai and Vietnam. Can't wait to hear about your adventures!

The place looks very sophisticated and food definitely appetizing! There is also a Vogue cafe/restaurant in Moscow but now I can't remember if I ever tried it. There should be more of these in the world. xo
ReplyDeleteI believe there are plans for more in other cities.
DeleteWow, I've never seen such a fashionable Cafe! (well of course, the theme is Vogue :))
ReplyDeleteGreat blog :D

Perfect! I'm off to Dubai in January to see my new nephew (sister's due in December) so Vogue Cafe will be in my itinerary. Maybe not going there with the baby, but with old highschool friends who are now based there. Been to Dubai several times so I need to visit new spots. Thanks for featuring it and for the inviting photos miss b!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend !

How stylish and glamorous! The club-sandwich looks delicious! There is only one Dubai!! xx
ReplyDeleteThe Vogue Cafe looks so chic. I would loe to try the Maine lobster rolls. Food must taste so delicious.
ReplyDeleteHow interesting - is it actually aligned with Vogue to use the logo etc, or just inspired? Must say though, if I ate too many of those club sandwiches I wouldn't be fitting into much of the clothing featured in Vogue - the food looks delish! xx
ReplyDeleteI believe it's a partnership between Vogue's publishing company, Condé Nast and a local food and management company. There was a great variety of food too.
DeleteHi dear, I wish i knew about the Vogue Cafe when I was in Dubai, it is so glamourous and seems to be a really stylish place to dine at. How spectacular is that chandelier! Really amazing decor. Wishing you a wonderful and relaxing weekend!
ReplyDeleteThe Vogue Cafe looks wonderful. I love all quotes; is that our girl, Audrey? She is one of my favorites. The food looks delicious, and the table and chairs are charming.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the weekend, my sweet friend.

So pleased to see that you are my new follower. Thank you!
Deletehow cool!! They should open some Vogue Cafes here in the US! Years ago in Boston there had the Armani Cafe...it was divine!! Delicious, chic....and had the best outdoor seating for people watching....but then they closed the store and the cafe....and now its something really depressing like a Bebe store or something like that!
ReplyDeleteThere are a couple of Armani cafés in Dubai which are very popular. I'm always impressed with the food there and of course they do great coffee too.
DeleteWhat a fabulous cafe!! xo, Julie

Hi and thanks for visiting my blog. I have quite enjoyed the trip to Dubai's Vogue Cafe!! There should be one in Calgary(:
ReplyDeleteHow fun and "feel fashionable" it is .... it is also funny to see all those ppl dressed "not vogue" in the arab style in the background. It must be for turists ...this place (:
It was nice getting to know you a bit....
hugs Z
It's very popular with local people and in fact we didn't see any tourists in there when we were there. It's so new that I don't suppose many tourists will know about it yet. There's a real café culture in Dubai.
DeleteDubai looks so chic! :)
